Today, my fiancée's OCD hit a new low when she screamed at me for flicking the light-switch off "the wrong way". This led to her flicking it on and off about a dozen times, followed by a twenty-minute lecture on how to do it "properly". We're getting married next month. FML

Make sure you request lots and lots of light bulbs on your wedding registry!

Take her to the doctor and get her some pills.

Well I guess, let her turn off the light from now on or don't let her see you turning the light off "the wrong way". Here's hoping there's not a "right way" you need to do absolutely everything.

You're an insensitive bastard

I can tell you from experience, if she sets off because your did the light switch wrong, there is a whole list of things you havent been yelled at. Even with meds. GTFO

Dude you need to blind fold her say your going to surprise her thats why she can't see then take her to a therapists office lead her out of the car and into the waiting room then run like hell.

I hope they got couples therapy and he got therapy for his OCD or that they called it off

My dad told me a story about how he "heated a bowl of soup wrong." He married my mom after that incident anyways, and ended up losing everything in the divorce. Not telling you what to do op, just saying that if the crazy looks like that now, imagine what it'll look like AFTER you're studk sharing all the money.

WOW honest to God break off the engagement now.
