He's stupid , it's "snuck" . "Sneaked" would be a plural , past-tense verb as in " we sneaked out last night " . "Snuck " on the other hand can be both plural and singular , and is a past-tense verb as in "I/We snuck out last night" .
Past participles don't have singular and plural forms... unless they're used as adjectives, which isn't the case here. You can say "I sneaked" or "We sneaked". American English commonly uses "snuck", British English commonly uses "sneaked". "Sneaked" is the correct form.
Maybe Just maybe he didnt know either. Maybe he looked in the dictionary because he didnt know what it was either…

Both are acceptable. "Snuck" is more common, in my experience. It's like "hung" and "hanged." Hung was actually added to the dictionary later, as many people thought "hanged" sounded awkward and improper.
