46, 47 you are both DUMB ASSES. Police officers are trained to see everything as a threat. For all he knew, the OP had a fully loaded M16 in the back seat; the officer had no idea what was in the back, he doesn't have x-ray vision. Also, 46, it's spelled throw, theres an 'H' in there.

you should've just gotten out without reaching for your shoes, cops are trained that if a person they are pulling over/arresting/whatever starts to reach for something out of sight, you are supposed to freak out. end of story. you could've been reachign for a weapon! your friend is an ass btw. #s 46 & 47 you're retarded, as I just stated when a cop can't see what you're reaching for--as in this case--they are supposed to assume the worst.
