Wow Musu. Just, wow. You have got to be the most uptight hypocrit I have seen comment on this sight. They threw water balloons... thats not gonna hurt a damn thing, its water... you know? The same shit that falls on your car when it rains. The is no way a water balloon is gonna cause someone to crash, and if someone is startled enough to loose control and crash over a little water, they should not be driving in the first place. Kids are kids, they do things that are fun, its called enjoying life. If you follow the rules your whole life and never do anything that might just have a negative outcome, your going to be a very boring individual with no friends. Shit I'm sure its to late for you, sitting on ur ass for over an hour commenting on how kids need to go to jail for having fun. Do the world a favor and become a little carefree, no one likes to deal with people like you. Except your mommy. FYL my friend.
If that happened to me, I'd beat the living crap out of you and each and every one of your dumbass friends.
#63, who prefers blondes, Obviously, a whole group of aimed water balloons versus rain IS going to affect a driver differently. Rain is normal. A bunch of thrown water balloons is not. Imagine if an older lady or a younger teen driver suddenly had one side of their car smacked with water balloons. If you're in a car, you know that you'd hear em, quite possibly feel em even if they ARE water balloons since they're thrown at such a close range. Btw, your: "If you follow the rules your whole life and never do anything that might just have a negative outcome, your going to be a very boring individual with no friends." Some people like avoiding trouble, jackass, and they're fine with that.
#63 If a waterballoon (or multiple waterballoons in this case) hit the windscreen and obscure the driver's vision, even for a short while, don't you think that's dangerous? You think throwing things at other people's cars is an acceptable way to have fun? Even if no damage is caused, how do you think the people in the cars are going to react? Is it going to make them happier? Is it going to brighten up their day? Or will it just annoy them? Is annoying other people how you get your kicks, #63?
What are you, 5? Jeesch, so dangerous.
Dumb bitches.

Why on earth would you throw projectiles at other people's moving vehicles? That's a dangerous and dickish thing to do. You utter, utter idiots. I hope you get a conviction that you have to explain to any future employers. #2 I don't know about whichever country this happened in, but if it were in mine I'm sure some kind of assault law, or vandalism, or SOMETHING that covers causing a danger on the roads, would cover it, if there isn't a direct "throwing projectiles at traffic" law.
You deserve that - you could cause someone to crash their car, think about what you're doing...
