Maybe it didn't take her that long to get it. She probably just wanted to find a fake reason to break up with you so that she wouldn't have to tell you the real reason. She's probably in to someone else.

Aww man I was expecting to read different theories of what the joke was.. Awell I have no clue either, but maybe she did something that reminded her of the joke and it made her think you were joking cause she realized it was true, even if it was two years later.. >.>
