Today, my girlfriend put her hand on my abs and confessed that she was glad I'd secretly started working out. I couldn't bring myself to admit that I've been constipated for three weeks. FML

Start eating popcorn that helps with it. Caffeine I heard is helpful as well...Or rather it's supposed to given that when I was little and hadn't dropped one in over a week that my folks started giving me oreo's with dinner in hopes that it'd help smooth things along...And corn...Lots of corn...Corn in places I didn't want corn.

I feel your pain! I was so constipated and bloated with a food baby that someone asked me if I was preggo. It's already bad enough that at my tiny size when I eat you can see my food baby, but not pooping doesn't help!

I have one too, actually. Try Weight Watchers. Not trying to sound like an ad or anything, but I used their cookbook and dropped 8 pounds in 2 weeks! Still trying to wrap my head around that one...

Holy shit!! (No pun intended) 3 weeks dude you're going to be in a "hole" lot of pain.

Dude, if you've been constipated that long, see a doctor. And eat fiber-rich foods like lightly steamed veggies, brown rice (NOT white, as that has much of the fiber removed), and dried fruits (such as prunes and dried apricots). Dried fruits are great for keeping you regular. Drink lots of water as well to sort of "clean you out".

How is it even humanly possible to be constipated that long? What exactly have you been eating?
