You can download applications for free to recover deleted file on any windows PC. It will likely get you files back unless you have defragged the drive or installed lots of stuff. One of the free ones is called recuva by pirform. Do that and you should be able to run through a wizard and recover almost all of your files.

First of all, you only kept digital copies of the photos, are you ******* robots or something, or too cheap to print?? Second of the rest, nothing gets deleted on a computer, it just gets marked and overwritten, as it's easy to regain lost files, didn't know a married couple could be so technologically retarded
