This is why you should have photo albums.. It's also a lot nicer to look through them than on a computer screen

Photo albums are no safer, they can get damp, burnt, accidentally thrown away or fed to rabid ducks.

Rabid ducks is an extremely valid excuse, but better to have the photos both in album and computer, better safe then being mauled by rabid ducks

You should be able to find it on your computer because it takes much effort to delete it totally!

There are free programs on the internet that can help recover (or undelete) lost photos on your hard drive. Best to act fast before they are overwritten with new data.
