Today, my husband and I agreed that he would name our first born and I would name our second. He's dead-set on naming our child "Raindropp" no matter whether it's a boy or girl. FML

be thankful.. my friend named his kid Ace Danger ______ so that he kid could grow up and hit on girls by saying "Danger is my middle name"

That might be cool if he didn't use the english word for "danger." If he had just looked up other languages to see the pronunciation and spelling that might make the parent seem a little less like they are trying to make their kid a player.

the worst part is when someone asks why he would name his kid that the quote is "he's a player"... the kid is like 3 now...

I have a friend who gave their son "Danger" as a middle name as well XD Maybe for the same reason? Or maybe because they knew he would be trouble, being the product of the two of them XD

I agree Americus is a ridiculous name but the kids Brownie, Praline etc were nicknames. Their real names were normal; I think they were Brandon and Pauline but can't be sure since it's been a long time since I've read the book.
