Hey, adventure never killed anyone! And at least you still spent time together :) look on the bright side
Robert Falcon Scott and his team died adventuring.
That's why I always practice talking in as many accents as I can. That way I always understand people I run into that are heavily accented. It's a good skill to have when your backs up against the wall.
You mean you didn't get attacked by locals and brought to a secret house where you were tortured for days until you were finally killed and dismembered and buried? Your denouement sucks.
That's something that you'll laugh about after 2-10 years. Good memories ahaha
There's this thing with pictures of places and little lines that show you where to go and how to get there...I just can't remember what its called...oh yeah A MAP!
Whats the point in going on vacation to a place where you can't communicate with anyone?
Seriously? You'd learn Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, etc. just to see some of the most beautiful sights in the world? I respect polyglots and I respect people who like to broaden their world by exploring it. The two do not have to be one in the same.
Plus it says they didn't understand the accents, not the language so it could've just been the accent or a dialect issue where they got lost and not in the country they vacationed to itself.
this is why I love my iPhone. Just ask siri (:
Bitch can never hear me.
