first off... #133, you fail. Second, I'm strongly considering naming a daughter Samus someday. It's a strong, yet feminine name. Does that make me a stereotypical gamer, complete with pasty skin, acne, bad eating habits, and insomnia? Third, Kratos, or even Cratos, is a good name. Far better than the couple that agreed to name their first child Sephiroth regardless of gender and then had a girl.
Kratos is a good name. A name of a greek god, there could be worse names, imagine iy your husband suggested Zelda. Other wise i think this is not a FML.
It's a good name. Two syllables, can be pronounced by reading it, and unique. There aren't a whole lot of names that fit that bill.
@171 - Zelda would be an AWESOME name. Much less shitty than Kratos. XP I have never had children and I already know you NEVER EVER EVER EVER let a man choose ANYTHING important. Anything that matters to you should have little input by men--You'll only be disappointed. It's not too late to bully him out of it--Tell him it was your hormones that made you so nice and you're naming the kid Joshua. Name him Kratos and the kid will grow up to be either mentally abused by his soulless peers or a big ******* douche 'cause he wants to live up to his "strong," womanizing name. Trust me. God of War isn't that good a game anyway. One of the minigames is to bang a three-some so hard you break pots. Care to change the name now--Or pick a better video game character--How about Wander from Shadow of the Colossus? I kid, I kid. But it's a good game. ;)
You could always throw a normal middle name into the deal if a name that cool really bothers you that much..

i dont get the "i name one kid, you name the other" mentality. why dont you just work together to find a name you both like?
"Make-believe cartoon character"?! Whoa whoa whoa, you've gone too far, there. Besides, it's a totally cool name, you must admit.
