nothing wrong with letting your husband picking out the name when i was pregnant i let my ex pick out our son's name he picked alucard to be his first name but then he picked out spencer so now my son is growing up with alucard as his middle name, but i rather have that then have a man name his daughter after one of his exs

Tell him to pick something serious. Do you realize how much that kid is going to get made fun of? My friend Xanadu gets the weirdest look from people when she tells them her name, and has had many employers give her a sarcastic look and a "Is that your real name, sweetie?". Yeah, weird/exotic names are not the way to go.

It's a very strong name for a kid, but hopefully he'll grow into it. All you have to do is give him a normal middle name and just call the kid by his middle name. Problem solved. *shrug* I've met people who choose to go by outlandish nick names, so it's not the end of the world.

My friend named her daughter Kairi after the kingdom hearts character, so no biggie there :P Besides, Kratos is a cool name (it's also a Tales of Symphonia character, he's so much better than the GoW one).

it could be worse... my mom wanted to name me bicycle... after our cat! thank god dad managed to talk some sense into her.
