I agree with the other commentors. If he is not letting you eat just because he's not hungry, grab some lunch and eat it in front of him. If he complains, slowly hold up the middle finger and continue eating.

Lol..somehow I have the opposite problem. Mine complains that I don't eat often enough. But seriously..after sticking that finger up, proceed to cruelly dip a few fingers into the food while slowly savoring it..or let him see the food you enjoy, keep that mouth open!
