There are so many factors left out of this FML. Maybe the husband is on a strict diet, or diabetic and OP's refusal is justified. Either way, he's a grown ass man that has bigger things to worry about. Why throw a tantrum?

Maybe he's acting like a child because you treat him like one, OP? It's not your right to refuse him a chocolate bar. Unless 1. It would physically harm him due to diabetes etc. 2.
