Today, my little girl spoke her first word. It was ''Daddy''. Daddy left before she was born and she has never met him before. FML

Most children will say Da-Da first. It isn't necessarily associated with Daddy. Sorry about the sperm donor, though.

if you knew anything about kids you would know that kids usually say "daddy" before "mommy" because it is a lot easier to say.

don't worry, a kids first word is usually daddy cus they start moving there tounge up and down it can be a mistaken to sound like daddy

Ummm..he didn't "run off" if he left before you got knocked up. Sorry honey, but he ****** you and left. It's your problem.

"D" is simply an easier sound to form than "M". If you don't react to the "dada" any more than to the "googoo", she'll move on to other sounds and not make that one.
