I think I'd find that funny (come on, it is an amusing card, it probably wasn't meant as something personal, it's just a tasteless joke). I can certainly understand why people wouldn't, particularly ladies (it is a bit of a bloake's joke I guess). I think it is probably sexual harrasement. I think the best course of action would be to tell your boss that you didn't think it was very professional (he probably doesn't see that so he might be a bit defensive). If it was genuinely a mistaken bit of tastelessness, he won't do anything like that again. If not then it's time to make a sexual harrasement complaint.
