Any girl is way out of your league if your self-image is so low you are resorting to squeezing compliments out of your own mother. If your ideal wife matches your mother's description, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to ask her why she thinks your lacking. Compare her image of you with your own and you might see some areas you want to improve. But whatever she says, remember she lives you despite your flaws and so will your ideal wife.

Usually, a mother's ideal daughter-in-law is THE PERFECT woman. She doesn't exist! Don't feel too bad. :)
