I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone who not only lives with their mother at 24, but their mother cleans their room for them.

Well if this relationship is really long term and serious, then you should move in with your partner. You are 24, not 14
WRONG! Just because the relationship is "long term" doesn't mean they should just move in with each other. Cohabitation does not help relationships like people love to claim. Sometimes these days it just ends up happening cause it's not realistic for the two people to have separate places depending on the situation, but divorce rates are actually higher among people who live together before marriage. If you don't believe me look it up yourself.
