This doesn't make it a "YDI" in my opinion, but you should consider keeping your room in shape enough so that she doesn't have an excuse to clean it. "Today, my mum cleaned my room," and "I'm 24 years old and in a long term relationship," together almost make an FML in themselves! x)
You still live with your mom?!
sorry, can't help but join the chorus of people wondering why you still live with your mom. I know shit happens, but even under those circumstances she shouldn't be cleaning your room. that's ridiculous. and if she still cleans up after you, cooks, pays for everything and all that... I don't care how old you are, its time to grow up. act like a child, be treated like a child. otherwise.. woman up and find a way to move.
No problem with living with mom. If s/he lives in a HOUSE, why to move out? I lived in the same house with my mom a LONG time - why not. Me in first floor, mom in second floor, each of us had a separate apartment, we only cooked one and all, because cooking for two is better - and cheaper - than if one cooks for himself and the other too. Everything is possible if the people are up to some compromises and the basic politeness like knocking and not being unnecessary loud at night and so on :) But cleaning my room? My mom never had this idea and I was glad for it. Children can clean their rooms, you know, moms? :)
Maybe your mom wants to be a grandma ASAP :)
If you asked your mum to clean your room, you deserve it. That seems unlikely though. I'm betting this is one of those well meaning parent things gone awry. Oh well. She'll calm down eventually, it was probably just a bit of a shock to her.
nothing wrong with living at home at 24...COMPLETELY wrong still having your mommy clean your room for you at that age though
Excuse me? You are 24 and living at your parents home? Give me a break! Grow up, get a job worthy of supporting you and your main squeeze, and give your mom a reason to be proud of her son! Good grief!!!
Time to move out.

She probably will always see you as her little innocent daughter...
Clean your own room, your mum won't have to do it for you!
