I've been screwed over again and again in the past by so called "best friends" My advice to you is to ignore them completely and act as if nothing happened. Talk to different people, make yourself a better life. Eventually they'll try and get you back as a friend, band mate or lover. Either that or everyone will see how shit they treated you and if you never make up with them, they'll feel terrible forever. If they push it, work em over a bit. I'd say... 6 or so headbutts to the nose consecutively ought to do it ^_^
