Today, I found out that my parents used all of the college money I have been saving up for 8 years to buy a beach house. The reason they waited until now to tell me? A tree fell on it, and they need more money for repairs. FML

My new house

Today, I bought my first house, blowing nearly all my savings on the deposit. I had left myself enough for just a couple of necessary bits of furniture. It turns out the previous owner completely stripped the house when he left, taking the oven and even the toilet with him, amongst other things. FML

Where I think it's totally shitty they blew your college fund to build a replica hobbit house in your backyard, that is what I've always wanted to do! Well building the replica hobbit house, not using my child's college fund to do so.

Awesome ... So do they have a bunch of costumes and toys its probably where there conceiving their next child.., sad thing is they spent that money cause they knew you had no hope and are hoping the next one turns our better... Sorry that was mean but come on I'm not his selfish parents!
