Today, my parents yelled at me for 10 minutes without letting me get a word in edgeways for getting a 48 on my test. They took my phone, unplugged my internet, and took my car keys. They wouldn't listen no matter how many times I told them, "It was out of 50". It actually was. FML

It may seem like you Fell On Black Days and live in Rusty Cage right now and that your Parents Just Don't Understand but if they consider music a Highway To Hell then they can confiscate your ipod no matter how much you beg them to Don't Stop The Music. I understand how Angry you must be right now but Dream On to the day when your parents realize that music isn't a Bad Influence. That sucks OP. I know several people whose parents who don't let them watch regular television. One of them speaks maybe a sentence per hour, and the other plays Lord of the Rings in the woods. He's 17. That's what happens when you don't let your kids do normal kid things. You take that risk.

My mom did the same thing to me when I was younger but instead of just my iPod, she took everything from me including my tv, radio, cell phone, nintendo DS, and my laptop. Pretty much anything electronic that brought me entertainment she took because these were "distractions". So I can relate to you OP. Your parents are probably trying to help you not become socially retarded. I'm just saying.
