What an idiot! Why would you commit a murder with a weapon that is registered in your name? Call the police, and try to see if you can record her saying these crazy things as evidence.

I think she's just trying to scare him, personally. But I think he should get a restraining order regardless. Sometimes crazy people don't care about getting caught.

well you should still call so that it's on record that she did. So if anything were to happen to you she would be a suspect. or if you were to say shot get with your own concealed a self defense plea would stand up in court
