This is why I have surveillance video cameras everywhere. they've already saved me on two occasions (see my comment prior about the ex-gf, the other was a family member's ex-wife who accused me of beating her - cameras got her doing things to herself).

Restraining orders don't restrain bullets. Just saying. I might recommend visiting your sheriff or whoever does the interview for CC permits and inform them about the threats on your life. They will revoke her license. Problem solved.

If she still talks to you on the phone, ask her how serious he is. Record the conversation. If she insists that she needs to continue with her threatening behavior, carry the recording straight to the police.
