I took that class. my friend and I spent he entire thing messing around and building things out of our napkins and silverware.... When we got to knives we would act like we were stabbing people of throwing them.... I never liked that class..... FYL is right! etiquette class sucks and is so long! no one wants to know about different spoons and forks!!!!!

Screw sporks, that's all we have at my school is sporks, what I would give for a fork.

There are huge budget cuts in education in my state, and your school is wasting money on this crap? I mean, come on, there has to be something more useful they could be teaching you.

it's crazy that there are schools that still do that.. I guess the majority of society's parents are too lazy to teach their kids manners?

Actually that is a great class to have. Etiquette is so important! Nobody wants to be on a date or at an event and sit with someone who has bad etiquette. I come from a big family of 13 kids, and my parents have always taught good etiquette, and now I teach it to my kids. Would you want to be on a date with someone who has bad etiquette? I think not.
