I think it's stupid that he even smiled in his mug shot. Does he not realize that while he was driving under the influence he could've crashed into another car, he could've killed a family. He didn't thank God, but in all reality he could've. Ok soo think about it, a family whose child or mom or dad or brother or sister has been killed in a drunk driving accident are watching the news and see that Bieber has been arrested for drag racing and a DUI, do you think they'd feel even a lil ok when they found out he got out a day later, not even a full day just a couple hours. And it's not because I'm a "hater" or because he's stupid, which cmon he is. It's because when the potential for him to take the life of someone is that high and he doesn't even really have to think about it, it makes it obvious hell probably just go out and do it again.
