Today, my teenage daughter tried to convince me that the UK is a part of Canada. After I pulled out a map to prove her wrong, she got all angry and defensive, and said that nobody's perfect at "geometry". My daughter is an idiot. FML

Not to be rude, but what's your plan then- as her parent - to do something about that? Complaining that she's ignorant isn't going to make her future any brighter.

To be honest most of my friends are awful a geography. Just yesterday my friend thought Germany was below France! O_O and she had no idea where Thailand was. My other friend thought Slovakia was near Canada! As for myself, as a kid one of my favourite books to look at was an Atlas. I use to then trace the continents and add in the borders of countries and colour them in, in different colours.

She doesn't pay attention in class because you don't punish her for the grades she gets. She's stupid because you allow her to be that stupid. Unless it's medical, there should be no reason for this
