Today, my teenage daughter tried to convince me that the UK is a part of Canada. After I pulled out a map to prove her wrong, she got all angry and defensive, and said that nobody's perfect at "geometry". My daughter is an idiot. FML

Technically, no, Canada does not belong to the UK. They are all part of the same commonwealth of nations of which Elizabeth II is the Queen.

I have a friend who thought Canada was next to China just because they both start with C!!! We bought her a map for her birthday haha xD

It's not always the parent's fault. Someone could be an amazing parent, but the kid doesn't want to listen to them. Maybe she isn't studying enough,or not paying attention in class.
