Need your debit card? Get a photo ID. Need that? Use your Social Security card. Don't have one? Process application with your name and date of birth. Need two IDs? Add a birth certificate. Don't have that? They'll issue one with a SSN card. While you're at it, apply for your passport. That tends to be a bitch to apply for... But it looks like you'll be doing the footwork anyway, and a passport usually covers Id requirements (will even count when two ids are requested) Also keep in mind that sometimes a delivered piece of mail in your name can count as verification in some cases.
