Some people have more not-at-fault accidents, either because they aren't good at defensive driving, the area they live/work in has bad traffic, or bad luck. Some states allow insurance companies to raise the premium or decline insurance for not-at-fault accidents. My advice is to call around and get some insurance quotes. Maybe some other company would charge you less?
