If there's any chestnut trees around, gather up the chestnuts when they fall and place them around your house. Spiders hate them.

Or scarabs.

I don't know specifically which spiders you do have, so it's hard to give much advice. However if you've got common house spiders and daddy long legs, leave the long legs alone, cause they catch the other predatory spiders. And then make sure you remove their food source, other bugs and flies. If you have brown recluse or some other actually dangerous species though, you need to bug bomb or call exterminator due to the actual risk of injury from their bites.
