Whenever I have to close out a customer at work and their card feels like it's about to snap. I take extra extra care with it, I'd rather they break it than get mad at me
Did you complain to the manager.
Do you know how to ask a question.
How did she manage to do that?
#14, If a card is old, the plastic gets brittle and it can snap a lot easier. Just swiping it through card machine could be enough for it to snap. I used to work in a grocery store and I have seen customers snap their cards and I myself had done it once. Most people are very reasonable if you're honest and apologize.
wow! what a bitch!
Comment moderated for rule-breaking.
Show it anywayThat's what happens when you go to Taco Hell.... Jk, FYL OP.
Debit/CC aren't easily broken so you needed a new one anyway.
How does one break a credit card by sliding it? That takes talent.

I would have felt bad and let it go if she apologized, but badly failing at hiding her mistake, should tell the manager.
Worst gift wrapping ever.
