They don't allow the class to have a high average? That doesn't make sense
That means that you were already at the bottom of your class if he failed you. They're not going to take a student from the average/top of the class and fail them.

these damn schools claim they are great when in fact they deal with averages. For example, certain schools are hard to get into, but once you get into them, you rarely fail out bc the grades are based on curves.
