Sell the gift card to someone for the value that's on it. And happy birthday!!!
Don't have a cow! You can just sell it online or regift it.
No pun intended of course! ?.
Yeah, but a lot of vegans don't like to smell sizzling steak.
What? It's true.
114- Then boo-hoo.
Meat is good for you
Agreed and its needed
Protein isn't the only nutrient in meat that humans need and complete protein is what we need, which is the kind found in meat
1. Seeming healthy doesn't equal being healthy. 2. A thing called supplements
#103 most vegans and even vegetarians are not. A vast majority have irreparable brain damage (able to be seen with an MRI) from years of missing out on essential nutrients and vitamins. To be a "healthy" vegan/vegetarian you must supplement your diet with many vitamins, spaced out throughout the day, and eaten with certain food to ensure that the nutrients are in fact digested and absorbed by your body. I doubt there is a vegan out there who maintains the same level of physical health as a meat-eater with every other habit being identical (amount of exercise, smoking, proper rest). Any qualified physician will tell you going vegan is not an easy choice and must be done with extreme care and the help of a nutritionist.
Meat is actually very good for you. Since human's have existed we've been evolutionarily designed to be healthy as omnivores. Meat doesn't raise your risk for heart disease or diabetes, and only overcooking your meat will give it potentially unhealthy side-effects (burnt bits, or char, on anything, not just meat, is carcinogenic). There is almost no human health-based reason not to eat meat.
I bet you're an anti-vaxer too. Conspiracy nut. Humans are herbivores that learned a million years ago how to make meat not kill us. That is not the same thing as needing it like a carnivore.
Humans are not herbivores we are omnivores meaning that we do indeed need meats. Go back to elementary school
Wow. I've been vegan my entire life (never supplementing my diet) and am healthy enough to play college basketball. Vegans receive all the same nutrients meat eaters do, just from different sources. Meat and animal products are FAR from essential to human life.
Craigslist/ebay it, then buy all the green beans and tofu you can eat.
Give it to someone who isn't foolish enough to restrict themselves to a life of consuming plants. Life is too short and meat is too delicious to pass up (plus meat contains actual nutrients that the body needs.)
Oh please. Let people be vegan or vegetarian or strict carnivores. Their eating habits are of no concern of yours. Besides, all of those nutrients you are talking about can be found in plant matter as well.
I dunno, man... I read somewhere that the sweet smell of freshly cut grass is a hormone (or some other sciencey word I can't remember) sent out to warn all the other grass or something. :O
@23 nope. That's why vegans have to eat stuff like nuts. @82 No animal is feeling any pain when you're eating meat either. Predators kill prey everyday, that's just how nature work. A plant is still a live thing. It grows, it photosynthesis to eat etc..you're ending a life when you eat a plant anyway.
Sell it to someone who loves meat. That was pretty heartless for the person to do.
#60, one more reason to move to Minnesota! Veggie-beef is oddly delicious!
Go and have a nice salad there or something

Wow, hope it was a mis-steak.
Sell it and buy a vegetable plant or something you like.
