Today, it's the day after my birthday. My boyfriend got me nothing. Nor did he do anything for me for Valentine's Day. Whereas I got him an $85 game for his birthday, planned a surprise visit to his family so he could see them and his pets, and spent all day Valentine's Day making the house spotless, as well as cakes. FML

Today, it's my husband's birthday. I tried to buy him a new computer game, to which he complained. I cooked him steak and his favorite cake, and got him another nice gift instead. Hours later, his online friends bought him a new game and it was the only time I saw him genuinely smile. FML

dont trade the card op until you check out the menu. they might offer something you like. ive worked in several restaurants, and most of them have vegan and gluten free options.

My mom (a vegan) got a steakhouse gift certificate from my grandparents who didn't realize she's recently become vegan. She decided to just order a salad or something. Maybe you can find something suitable on the menu.
