I think there used to be a show (Ultimate Warrior or something like that) that put two types of warriors against each other in a computer-generated fight based on their historical weapons, skills, etc... If I recall correctly, the ninja actually lost most fights (FIGHTS, not "undercover assassinations" or what have you) because warriors like the pirate would just SHOOT IT IN THE FACE. So, no, pirate>=ninja.

Doubt that they can even read? Wow... don't catorgarize every teenager in something like that. So what if there is a gramatical error on the first page? At least kids are reading no matter the grammar! and I know more ADULTS who have read twilight and they love it just as much as teenage girls who you "doubt can even read".

Really people are reading? That's bull. I didn't mean for it to be a characterization for my entire generation only most. And if they're going to read shit like Twilight then I'd rather they didn't read because honestly, those books can not be classed as literature. I study literature and story telling at University, I have just been accepted into a position as a part-time editor in a publishing company and I can tell you now that kids or adults who find these movies and books thrilling need to read something decent, or at least watch an epic film because honestly, right now books and movies as terribly written by Stephanie Meyer and shockingly directed aren't really worth a mention.

I have read great literature, like the Odyssey, Romeo and Juliet and such and yeah of course the twilight series is not anything great compared to them. One question that can settle this arguement, have you even read any of the twilight series books? Because I myself find nothing that makes it so terrible that it would be better to not read at all. And judging that I am a teenager and that makes me not as smart as you adults I can say I know plenty adults that agree with me.

I agree with makala. there is nothing wrong with books/movies like twilight. it is a great love story. and since you men have no romance whatsoever we gotta find it else where. vampire or not. this love story is EPIC.
