Really? Some people get pimples everywhere, some get them in odd places (I tend to get them on my arms, but not on my face), some people have little control over it (I've heard cystic acne is a right bastard). Really, it wasn't her fault, he could have used a bit of foresight. It sucks for both of them. (And, because I'm in a bit of a mood: it's "pus." "Puss" is cutesy name for cat.)
