That should be impossible. I'm no biology expert, but when you sneeze, the *other* sphincters in your body close. The same is true with the latter facts.

You can actually supress a sneeze if you get rid of the irritant. Either that or stopping it with brute lung power which could end up with you tearing a capilary and if you sneeze too hard you can break a rib! What a win win. Go figure
