Is this some type of wen product? if it is it's a pump and if you break it you will have a very hard time getting the product out since the container is made out of hard plastic. It's expensive but man it makes your hair glorious.
As long as you didn't pour it down the drain (and/or it is not a collectible bottle) then he shouldn't get TOO mad.
If you can't pay to replace it Don't touch it
So, you never knocked something over in a shower before?

Show it anywayShe deserves it for buying 60 dollar shampoo.
Why? Because she spent her hard earned money to improve the look and health of her hair she deserves a roommate that completely disrespects her things and the promises made to her?
So I'm heading to your house and I'm going to use anything I consider a stupid purchase. Oh wait you probably don't have anything like that since you obviously are against frivolous spending. How nice of you to drive the cheapest car possible, rock the flip phone from '95, and shop for clothes in the $0.99 bin.
That's what I did! He has a million shampoos and I was in between buying some so I just grabbed one and used it lol
Once again. If this really is op I hope your roommate realizes this and you get hell for it, maybe even kicked out or them moved out. It doesn't matter WHAT it is, you decided to use something that, not only was it expensive, you were told not to use. If you were so desperate than offer to pay 5-10$ to use it once because that's basically what you did, stole the money.
oops..ydi for lying to her
Who said she lied?
Why did you touch it?
In all fairness, who the hell buys $60 shampoo?

Show it anywayWhat kind of shampoo breaks off the cap when knocking it over, come on. She was using it.
Who pissed in your cheerios this morning 47?
I'm sorry the way OP worded her FML makes everyone believe that she was using the shampoo and didn't just bump into it. Our bad that OP is too vague and we're having to fill in the gaps of her story by ourselves. Really, totally our fault she wasn't more specific.
Jesus, who died and made you king? If we're not allowed to automatically* assume to know everything after one sentence*, then you shouldn't either. I recommend taking your own advice and stop being so rude. You'll be much happier, trust me.
I see people spending hundreds of dollars on games, game systems, and treats(not food, nice treats to have once in a while) and my family is one of those so I don't really see the issue in her choosing to buy expensive shampoo. I actually get a more expensive conditioner whenever I can because my hair gets knotted terribly and it keeps my hair from drying out or becoming oily very quickly like it usually does. It's not 60$ but probably still higher than most people would spend on conditioner. The point is, people like luxury items and as long as the roommate isn't skipping on paying anything or something like that then there's no issue with them buying it. And uh, welcome to FML? The place where you summarize an event and people judge YDI or FYL?

Just say you knocked it over or something.
You shouldn't break promises!
