Hi, I am French and I had a great time, years back, with my English roomates, learning new words in English ... such asking in a group after a dirty joke.... what do you mean by "*******"? They are so loud making jokes but too shy to explain them.... One day I asked "how do you call the fingers of you feet"... they told me you call them ****... and if someone is annoying me, I will just have to say "get out of my ****".... Needless to say that they bugged me all the time and laughed each time I used the expression.

I totally get that... I had a Spanish boyfriend. Really good English but my Spanish is terrible. He has a kind of Spanish version of this site (similar kind of thing) it was so confusing when he read it.
