You aren't supposed to pop them cause then it will spread across your face. I'm guessing that's why you have so many pimples...

She is being thumbed down because not everyone can afford to go to the dermatologist an pay hundreds of dollars for a prescription plus the visit and Proactiv doesn't work for everyone.
