Tradwife blues

Today, my husband and I are sick. He keeps whining about how bad he feels. I'm just as sick, as well as 7 months pregnant. I've not only been taking care of his whiny ass: I've cooked, cleaned, and gone to the store several times because the tissues we had were too rough on his nose. FML

Just leave him alone for a few hours and he will realize that life indeed can be tough. Teach him a lesson. If you don't do it now you might never get a second chance.

Looks like my father is the only man, out of the billions of males on the planet, who would never be like that to my mom. In fact she once told me that if he gets a bad cold she has to make sure he does get his rest instead of trying to do everything normally.

Are you being forced to do these things? Cuz you can say no.

I hate society. Of course everybody is saying men should all be tough and deal with anything. Well that's not always the case. It seems like women get away with anything these days but guys can't. If a girl slaps a guy, then everybody will think that he deserved it, and the woman is being strong and independent. But if a guy hits a girl, immediately there would be calls to 911. Not all girls are weaklings and not all guys are Arnold Schwarzenegger, so enough with all these things around the media saying for a guy to man up! Do I ever see comments saying "Women up?" no because society treats women like these delicate flowers nowadays. Im not trying to be sexist here and i'm just saying that I know for a fact that if a woman did something harsh to a man, nobody would care on here.

That really sucks for you, but You should get him boogy wipes they are in the baby isle and are like baby wipes for your nose and they smell like grapes and are good for sensitive noses

Guys don't know real pain the least bit. It just shows how great us ladies are.

Madam (OP) you have my deepest respect and admiration. As a former paratrooper and 23 years as a soldier in the Canadian Forces, it is safe to say I am too delicate for marriage and motherhood. If I work more than 12 to 16 hour days, I get tired. Of course I am lazier than dirt.
