That's awesome. Most people get engaged somewhere they first met or had their first date. But to also get engaged where they bought the ring? Well, that's a whole new level of special. If she said yes, then they deserve each other.

So what? Why is this an FML? Just because it wasn't some big expensive way to do it? I got proposed to where I worked at a grocery store and I was thrilled. I feel sorry for any guy that may someday propose to you because I doubt it'll be good enough for you. At least they didn't run off and elope. Maybe he just wanted an audience.
