My first girlfriend turns 30 the year I turn 19. She graduated highschool when I was turning 7. She started highschool when I was turning 4 ... I don't see how this is OP's "fault." Yes, there's an age difference, but that doesn't mean they were dating then the guy was in kindergarten. They could have met when he was 30 and she was 40. If you think through this rationally, it's not exactly unusual. My nearly 83 year old grandfather is married to his 65 year old second wife. Clearly they didn't meet when she was 5 and he was 23.

If you don't like it, say so. If they keep it up, mention it to the HR department. If they keep it up after that, file a formal complaint. If it still goes on, you're rich. If it bothers you but you're not willing to do something to stop it, YDI. If it doesn't bother you enough to do something about it, suck it up and drive on.
