What were the chances?

Today, I was babysitting my 5 year-old niece, and she was really down in the dumps because she didn't get invited to a birthday party. To cheer her up, I took her to Chuck E Cheese. Right when we arrived, we walked in on a birthday party. It was the one that my niece got denied from. FML

Hopefully it was more awkward for the people who didn't invite her. They probably felt bad seeing her there by herself.

Aww!! You were just trying to do something nice...sucks that it backfired :(. Your niece will forgive you one day...

Hmm... How does that suck? ... Oh I get it now! Oh! That's actually kind of sad.

If it was my niece I'd start swearing at her friends and beat the shut out of them for now inviting her

damn I feel for her I never got denied parties tho it was either my mother or my father said no or it was short noticed... u may have scared a little girl for life.. FHerLife n FYourLife

I definatly would say to the 5 yo that the cake is poisn, or pelt them with coins. But yes fhl and fyl and also f the birthday boy/ girls life for feeling like a bitch who loves to make people feel like a reject

Your niece is a lot more socially aware than most 5 year olds.
