Why didn't they go to security and look at the surveillance video?
wow... u really should have just gotten someone to get it back.
If you had complained to the mgr you probably would have gotten new cost hat and mittens. But you're too passive. You loose.
She did. She said so in a comment just a few up from yours, and the FML team actually edited it out of her post
I work at a Target, and I have to say I highly doubt this happened. The team members in softlines (clothing) have more than enough common sense to say "hmm... not a single item in this cart has a tag on it, half of it isnt even Target merchandise (fyi, there is another small tag sewn inside that has a product number specific to Target in it if it is from Target), and it all looks worn... must be someone's". If you work in non clothing areas there, as I do, it is more confusing, but we know how to determine if it is a customers or not based on the contents of the cart. TL;DR - you could have just been unlucky, but I find this extremely unlikely.
that sucks soooo bad
WTF guys??? havnt you ever been shopping?? who brings their cart in with them to change?? and it was a FULL cart which explains why she couldn't find anything, and idk ppl don't like asking others for favors
I call BS. I used to work @ Target & the employees are not gonna take your cart unless it's there for more than anhour at least. We had enough work getting the unwanted clothes from the changing rooms & returning them to the racks, we weren't going to mess with a cart unless we knew for sure it was one of ours & not a guest's. & if the cart had a jacket in it...they would have brought it to the dressing room, where you already were, & then said "Hey this isn't a Target brand" or "Hey it has keys in it" or whatever. & if there was bunch of other stuff (toys, games, non-clothes stuff) in the cart, they would take it up to the returns counter where it would get sorted & only THEN would all the items get sent out to wherever they belong on the floor...so the jacket would be at Returns. It wouldn't just disappear & if you told a Target team member "Hey my cart's gone, it had my jacket" they would find it. They might be stupid sometimes & heartless sometimes but if you put two minutes effort into it, you'll find someone who will find it. In short: this is BS. OP was shopping at Target & said to a friend "Hey wat if sum1 stole my cart while I was in heeeere?" Then decided to pretend it happened to get comments on FML. FYL for lying
I worked in a Target and when I set a tool bag down to get my ladder from two aisles away, an employee had picked it up when I get there with the ladder. Some Target employees will move things "out of the way" very quickly.
OP commented and explained that the chick who did it was a retarded thief that just happened to work there.
This is why nobody Respects the WNBA...
