Cats, at least mine, will stay close to the house and when chased, will run around the house. My cat accidentally got out 3 times, but when she ran away from us, she stayed near the house. My cat though has always been an indoor cat, so maybe that's why. But YDI.
Put a lost cat ad on Craigslist (find pics on your sister's social media). Also put up flyers around your neighborhood and your sister's. And call animal shelters / veterinarians. PS- Talk to your neighbors, especially next door. Cats like to hide under cars when they're spying on things. Also look under the neighbors' cars.
And get busted by your sister, before you have a chance to explain. Yep, your screwed. Better hang your head in shame.
Wow, you're such an idiot, really wonder how you have survived past infancy.
i actually sighed at your post and stupidity. god help her cat. i hope there aren't coyotes in your neighborhood.
You're a Moron.
Why are you on FML instead of looking for the cat?
What are you doing on FML? Go find her kitty.
Wowwwwwwwww
poor cat. OP you are a terrible person! how rude to forget something like that

So some strange pet comes into your house and you nonchalantly kick it out. No confusion, no wondering where it came from, no looking for original owners, etc... Don't own pets.
Guess the cats out of the bag now...or rather out of the house....I'll see myself out
