drivers tests should be like pilots tests. if you dont pass the IQ test you can't get the license. sorry to hear you came across such an idiot OP
IQ tests aren't a pass or fail they just give u a # less then 80 is handicapped 100 is average 130 is genius
At least you stopped, which most likely caused less damage than if you hadn't slowed down, and the crash shouldn't go against your insurance.
Quebec is no fault. His insurance will go up regardless of who hit whom.
Rule 1 of driving: never assume another driver is gonna do the right thing
"When did you learn to drive? I know it was today, but what time today?"
at least you'll be covered. it was obvi his fault
Did you say sorry afterwards?
My guess is the other driver was drunk. When some friends and I were walking back to our dorms from a class building that was across the road from our University, we went to cross the one way street at the cross walk, when someone came speeding down the road the wrong way! He crashed into the walk/don't walk sign, turned around, then was pulled over by the cops.
Hope he had insurance!
why do people like this exist?
There might have been someone with a nice ass up the road, didn't see the 'no entry' sign.

This is why there should be an IQ test when you apply for a driver's license.
Smh. Anyone can get a license these days
