Most girls are afraid of it before they do it. I wouldn't go as far to say that it's a phobia for all girls, but it's just something you guys have to work together to get past. All she needs is a gentle, understanding lover and the problem will fix itself over time. Worst case scenario? Couples sexual therapy.
