#5 i live in canada and it was -40 almost all winter. it's not THAT bad
Yah it's cold up there in canadia eh?
Elvis Crespo must've heard you.
as devela said earlier....here in Mexico "chaqueta" is a popular and commonly used slang refering "to **********" xD so you better say "chamarra" ahah
now im gonna laugh everytime sumone says chaqueta in spanish class...
jacket, in spanish, is pronounced close to jacketa (Chaqueta, I think) you are an idiot.
haha
Hahaha... I have to tell my Spanish class about this. hehehe... Teachers really should place strong emphasis on the fact that there are many varieties of Spanish and that what we learn should be used with caution (or we may not be understood) outside of Spain.
WIN
YDI for studying in mexico.

Actually, you are all missing the FML here. She used the word 'chaqueta' wich correctly means jacket in Spanish but in Mexican slang, 'chaqueta' means to **********. So in all fairness your spanish was correct but while in Mexico you may want to stay with 'Chamarra' instead of 'Chaqueta' when referring to your jacket.
I live in Minnesota it got to -40 here this year for almost a month solid **** your jacket
